a. There will be an email sent to the address associated with your checkout that will require you to digitally sign the State of MS listing agreement. (if there are any discrepancies within the form filled out by our team please contact us ASAP) We need the property disclosure form for the State of MS filled out by you personally and signed! Its attached to this email – it can be emailed or faxed back to us – however your listing does not go live until that document is received back in our hand per the MREC. Every question of this document must be filled out. <red> DO NOT LEAVE ANY QUESTIONS UNANSWERED AND DO NOT LEAVE BLANKS SPACES USE “N/A” FOR NOT APPLICABLE, AND “UNK” FOR UNKNOWN. </red>
b. We will email via Docusign our formal listing agreement once we get your data form back from the link above.
c. Please like our facebook page www.facebook.com/ulistms so you can share our post about your home to your friends
Remember to please give the data 36 hours to populate once all forms and info has been submitted to our data team! If you have any questions or typo revisions (they do happen even to us!) please submit those via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the heading of Listing Revision in the subject line.
